Yes its good. Total pahadi locality. If you purchase plot there 2 years before you could easily get plot there at 13-15 k per gaz. But now its 19-23k per gaz… depending on location and size.

location to sahi he for future purpose.. bas plot pe visit jarur karna...kuch plots waha pe nadi kinaare bhi mil rahe hai ...aur documents acche se check karna...baaki location pe koi doubt nahi he...future accha hai.
